Job Description: • Innovate the latest technology to support MJQE business need. • Developing the technology planning and implementation plan. • Development of MJQE technology strategy. • Defines, designs and implements strategic technology business solutions and lead multiple small to mid-size implementations and initiatives. • Creating proposals for new business based on research conducted on potential customers’ needs and preferences. • Development of technology research capacity and capability to meet with MJQE business current requirement and future requirement. • Identifying business opportunities in digital channels. • Coordinate with corporate team to influence the roadmap for enhanced business intelligence and CRM tool to support the business. • Development of research partnerships with other local and international technology service providers to support the project planning and implementation. • Responsible for designing and developing system as request from another department through IT department. • Managing the IT project planning, implementation, closing and evaluation. • Provide training to Technical Support section, and other technology end users with new deployment system over MJQE platform. • Developing the Technology used policy, such as IT Policy, Workflow and Procedure • Provide infrastructure services vision, enable innovation and leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the business’s requirements and expectations. • Other tasks assigned by IT Director. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field. • At least 9 years of technology development experience • At least 3 years of IT project management • Strong in Technology innovation and technology knowledge • Good knowledge in Java, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, JavaScript, Laravel, Python, PHP, C#, C, Flutter etc • Good in Technology Development Life Cycle • Honesty, excellent interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills and attention to detail • Ability to apply IT solutions to business challenges in a cost-effective manner • Ability to manage teams • Meticulous approach to analysis, evaluation and problem solving • Staff supervision, training/coaching • Good written and spoken English.
