We are looking for an experienced Penetration Tester to perform advanced manual security testing across applications, networks, and cloud environments. You will simulate real-world attacks, uncover hidden risks, and work closely with engineering teams to strengthen defenses. Key Responsibilities Manual Penetration Testing: Web apps, mobile (iOS/Android), APIs, and thick clients Network & Cloud Testing: Internal/external networks and AWS, Azure, GCP environments Red Team Operations: Adversary simulations, social engineering, and purple team exercises Exploit Development: Custom scripts/tools to bypass WAF, EDR, and AV Risk Analysis: Prioritize vulnerabilities based on business impact Reporting: Clear technical reports and executive-level summaries Technical Requirements Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go Tools: Burp Suite Pro, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Nmap, Kali Linux Frameworks: OWASP Top 10, PTES, MITRE ATT&CK Soft Skills Strong hacker mindset and problem-solving skills Ability to mentor junior testers and support developers Excellent communication, able to explain risks to non-technical leaders If you have experience as a pentester and have proven your skills, you can negotiate your salary.
