Position Overview We are seeking a versatile and tech savvy IT and Digital Media Officer to join our team. This role combines IT support with digital media management, ensuring smooth technology operations while building Sarika AgroTechโs online presence. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining IT systems, managing digital content, and supporting branding and customer engagement across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities โข IT Support & Systems Management o Maintain and troubleshoot company IT infrastructure, hardware, and software. o Provide technical support to staff and ensure smooth daily operations. o Oversee data security, backups, and system updates. o Collaborate with divisions to implement IT solutions that improve efficiency. โข Digital Media & Branding o Create and manage digital content including graphics, videos, and promotional materials. o Oversee social media platforms to drive engagement and strengthen online branding. o Support digital campaigns for product launches, promotions, and awareness initiatives. o Monitor analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies. o Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. Qualifications โข Bachelorโs degree in IT, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. โข 1โ3 years of experience in IT support and/or digital media management. โข Proficiency in IT systems, troubleshooting, and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar). โข Strong communication skills with creativity and attention to detail. โข Knowledge of digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and IT best practices. โข Fluency in Khmer; English proficiency is an advantage.
