Project Management & Coordination • Act as NOI Design and Build’s site representative under PMC appointment • Coordinate all contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers • Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contracts • Lead and chair site coordination meetings and prepare meeting minutes Time & Progress Control • Review and monitor construction schedules • Track progress against milestones • Identify risks and delays and propose mitigation measures • Review and assess Extension of Time (EOT) claims Cost & Commercial Control • Review progress claims and variation requests • Coordinate with QS and Managing Director on cost-related matters • Monitor project cash flow and payment status (client-side) Quality & Handover • Oversee quality control and workmanship standards • Manage defect lists and rectification works • Coordinate inspections, testing, and handover activities Document Control • Ensure proper filing and control of drawings, reports, correspondence, and approvals • Maintain organized digital records in shared project folders Qualifications & Skills • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project or site management • Strong knowledge of fit-out and building construction • Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reporting tools
