About the Role Elevate Nexus is looking for a hands-on Recruitment Lead who can generate leads, win and manage clients, deliver end-to-end recruitment, and lead a small team. This is a key role for someone who enjoys both business growth and high-quality hiring delivery. What You’ll Do 1) Lead Generation & Client Growth • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of new clients (outbound + referrals + partnerships). • Pitch recruitment solutions, agree on hiring plans, fees, and timelines. • Maintain a simple CRM/pipeline and forecast weekly/monthly performance. 2) Recruitment Delivery (Hands-on) • Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (intake → sourcing → shortlist → interviews → offer → onboarding). • Ensure quality shortlists and fast turnaround times. • Support niche hiring (e.g., Tech / Commercial / Operations—depending on client needs). 3) Client & Hiring Manager Partnership • Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers: market insights, salary guidance, and hiring strategy. • Run structured intake meetings and set clear expectations. • Handle stakeholder communication and manage difficult hiring situations professionally. 4) Team Leadership • Coach and manage a team: daily priorities, sourcing strategy, quality control, and motivation. • Set weekly targets (submissions, interviews, placements) and drive accountability. • Improve internal processes, templates, and candidate experience. What We’re Looking For • 3–7+ years in recruitment (agency or in-house), with strong delivery track record. • Proven ability to generate leads / develop clients (not just delivery). • Experience managing or mentoring others (team lead experience preferred). • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, networks). • Confident communicator—can influence hiring managers and negotiate offers. • Organized and metrics-driven (pipeline, conversion rates, time-to-fill). • English and Khmer is a plus (depending on location and client base).
