Company: GD128 Trading Club Location: GuangDong Seafood City, Phnom Penh, Cambodia  Job Type: Full-time  Salary: $500 - $800 Base Salary + High Commission Key Responsibilities: • Market Scouting: Actively recruit experienced traders from local Forex (FX) and Gold market communities to join our platform. • Campus Partnership: Build relationships with top universities in Phnom Penh (e.g., AUPP, CamEd, RULE, RUPP, ITC, Paragon) to launch our "Trader Trainee Program" and recruit ambitious students. • Community Building: Utilize Social Media (Facebook, Telegram, TikTok) to find potential trading talents and KOLs. • Screening: Conduct initial interviews in Khmer and English to assess candidates' logic, passion for crypto, and potential. Requirements: • Language: Fluent in English and Khmer (Written & Spoken). • Experience: 1+ years of experience in Recruitment, Sales, or Business Development. • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Forex, Crypto industry is a strong advantage. • Skills: Excellent communication skills, high energy, and comfortable speaking in public or at university events.
