JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support to join our team. In this role, you will provide operational support to the sales team, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient sales process. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the sales team in daily and customer service inquiries. • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices for trade clients. • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics. • Follow up on pending quotations and orders with customers. • Provide support during trade shows, client meetings, and product demonstrations. REQUIREMENT - High school diploma or bachelor degree’s in sales & marketing or related field - Proven work experience as a Sales Support or similar role - Good at communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Can communicate in English (both written and spoken) - Knowledge of the local Phnom Penh market is a plus - Honest, Smart, and hard-working
