Key Responsibilities: +Sales Strategy & Planning: -Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals. -Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities. -Establish annual sales objectives, quotas, and territory plans for the sales team. -Create and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. +Team Leadership & Management: -Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals (e.g., Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Sales Executives). -Oversee the entire sales function, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and account management. -Set performance metrics (KPIs) and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the team is meeting its goals. -Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales department. +Business Development & Key Account Management: -Act as a key player in securing and managing large, strategic accounts and partnerships. -Support the sales team in complex sales cycles, including negotiation and contract finalization. -Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations. -Represent ByteDC at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate new leads. +Reporting & Forecasting: -Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the executive leadership team and board. -Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. -Maintain a clear overview of the sales pipeline and team performance using CRM systems. +Cross-Functional Collaboration: -Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation campaigns. -Collaborate with the solutions architects, engineering, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and services. -Align sales activities with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to support overall business goals. ***Skills: -Proven experience (5years) in a senior sales or commercial leadership role, with a strong track record of success in managing large sales teams and high-value targets. -Exceptional leadership, managerial, and organizational skills. -Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen. -Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. -Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. -Deep understanding of the technical and business aspects of data center, colocation, disaster recovery, and IaaS solutions. -Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). ***Contact HR: ๐Ÿ“ง Email: [email protected]Click To Sent Email ๐Ÿ“ฑ Phone: +8553129xxxClick To Call78, +8559594xxxClick To Call8
