- Lead Recruitment Efforts: Manage the full hiring cycle from posting job ads to the final job offer. - Active Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to find and reach out to potential candidates (including those not actively looking for work). - Interviewing: Conduct initial phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. - Hiring Manager Support: Work closely with department managers to define job requirements and keep them updated on the progress of their vacancies. - Candidate Experience: Ensure every applicant has a positive experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the process. - Reporting: Keep the recruitment database updated and provide weekly reports on the status of open positions. - Onboarding: Assist in the preparation of offer letters and coordinate with HR to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Requirements - 3–5 years of experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Officer. - Solid experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple job openings at once. - A friendly, professional personality with a "people-first" approach.
