** Job Description 1. Recruitment and Staffing: Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process. Assist in developing job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing the candidate pipeline. Schedule and conduct interviews alongside hiring managers 2. Employee Relations and Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issues. Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment. Organize employee engagement activities and events 3. HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records 4. Compensation and Benefits Administration: Assist in payroll processing and resolving any discrepancies. Manage employee benefits programs and respond to related queries 5. Administrative Support: Oversee office management tasks, including supplies inventory and liaising with vendors. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and accommodations 6. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR metrics. Document processes and policies. ** Job Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. ** Work Experience: Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the tech industry. Experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Personal Attributes: A problem-solver with a proactive approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
