Job Description for HR & Admin Role in the FMCG Sector We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as an HR & Admin Specialist in the fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition and Management: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. 2. Employee Relations: - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, promoting open communication and conflict resolution. - Organize and lead engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and retention. 3. Performance Management: - Design and oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee development plans. - Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues and best practices. 4. Training and Development: - Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs to foster professional growth and enhance workforce skills. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements. 5. Administrative Oversight: - Manage office operations, including facilities management, office supplies, and vendor relationships, to ensure optimal function and efficiency. - Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in compliance with legal regulations and company policies. 6. Policy Development and Compliance: - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. - Monitor adherence to policies and practices, providing guidance and training as necessary. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in HR and administrative roles within the FMCG sector or similar fast-paced industries. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail. - Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
