Job Description : Recruitment Specialist – HR Shared Services Position Title : Recruitment Specialist Company : Group Company Division/Department : HR Shared Services (HRSS) Location : St. 271 Sangkat Phsar Derm thkov, Khan Chamkarmorn Phnom Penh. Reports To : HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead Employment Type : Full-Time / Officer Level Working Operation : Monday - Saturday half day I. Position Overview The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for retail stores, warehouses, and corporate functions within the organization. This role supports the HR Shared Services model by delivering efficient, standardized, and high-quality recruitment services across multiple business units and locations. The position focuses on volume hiring, store-level recruitment, and timely fulfillment of workforce needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience. II. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail, operations, warehouse, sale team and corporate roles (e.g., store staff, sales associates, technicians, supervisors, and office roles, …). • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines. • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, recruitment agencies, and local hiring initiatives. • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers. • Support bulk and seasonal hiring for retail stores and new store openings. • Ensure timely offer rollouts, negotiation, and coordination of joining formalities. 2. HR Shared Services Support • Deliver recruitment services in line with HR Shared Services processes, SLAs, and standard operating procedures. • Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and dashboards. • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and hiring guidelines. • Coordinate with onboarding, payroll, and HR operations teams for seamless employee onboarding. 3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience • Promote the company as an employer of choice within the retail and consumer products market. • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Support recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus or local hiring initiatives as required. 4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement • Prepare regular recruitment reports (open positions, closures, time-to-hire, source effectiveness). • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency, cost, and quality. • Support HR projects related to workforce planning and talent acquisition improvements. III. Qualifications & Requirements Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Professional HR certification is an advantage. Experience: • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or shared services environments. • Experience handling high-volume and multi-location hiring is highly preferred. Skills & Competencies: • Strong understanding of retail and frontline hiring requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines. • Strong stakeholder management and customer-service mindset. • Good analytical and reporting skills. • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Behavioral Competencies: • Responds promptly and professionally to recruitment requests and queries. • Communicates clearly and confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and internal HR teams. • Focuses on meeting hiring targets, SLAs, and time-to-fill objectives. • Works collaboratively within the HR Shared Services team and cross-functional HR partners. VI.
