- Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews - Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees - Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases - Assist in attendance tracking, leave records, and timesheets - Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and OT data - Help communicate HR policies, procedures, and announcements to staff - Assist in organizing staff training and company activities - Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, document control, and data entry - Support office administration including stationery and office supplies management - Assist in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and service providers - Support internal correspondence (letters, memos, announcements)
