**Requirements **Education & Experience _ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field _ Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk role _ Experience supporting accounting systems, HR systems, or ERP software is a strong advantage ** Technical Skills _ Good knowledge of: _ Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) _ Windows operating systems Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting _ Familiarity with accounting or HR software systems (Maqsu or similar systems preferred) _ Basic understanding of data security, backups, and access control _ Ability to learn new systems quickly and support non-technical users _ Attitude & Soft Skills _ Patient, service-minded, and supportive when dealing with non-technical users _ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills _ Good communication skills in Khmer and basic English (technical English preferred) _ Well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently _ Willing to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies _ Working Conditions & Benefits **Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
