JOB SUMMARY: The Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support hotel operations and business processes. The role focuses on improving efficiency through automation, system integration, and internal application development while ensuring system reliability and data accuracy. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: I. Application Development • Design, develop, and maintain internal business applications. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. • Test applications and fix bugs or performance issues. • Upgrade and improve existing systems. II. System Integration • Integrate applications with hotel systems • Support API connections between systems. • Ensure data consistency across platforms. III. Database Management • Maintain application databases. • Optimize queries and performance. • Ensure data security and backup processes. IV. User Support & Documentation • Provide support for internally developed applications. • Prepare user guides and documentation. • Train staff when new systems are introduced. JOB REQUIREMENT • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field. • 2+ years of application development experience. • Experience developing business or internal systems preferred. • Programming: JavaScript, Python, C#, PHP, SQL database knowledge, API integration • Basic system design knowledge • Problem-solving skills • Attention to detail • Communication skills • Ability to work independently
