JOB DESCRIPTION Monitor – Operations & Vehicle Monitoring Position: Monitor LOCATION: SIHANOUK VILLE SALARY RANGE: $350-$500 Working Hours: 6 days per week (7:30 AM – 5:30 PM) Job Summary We are hiring a Monitor responsible for tracking and supervising daily vehicle operations. This role ensures all vehicles operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. The Monitor will review fuel usage, vehicle speed, weighing reports, and GPS data to support smooth logistics operations. Strong attention to detail, reporting accuracy, and timely communication are required. Job Responsibilities ❖ Monitor and record daily fuel usage for all company vehicles. ❖ Track and observe vehicle speed to ensure safety compliance. ❖ Review and verify truck weighing reports (ជញ្ជីងថ្លឹងឡាន). ❖ Prepare and maintain accurate fuel reports for management review. ❖ Monitor vehicle GPS locations and update movement status when required. ❖ Report unusual activities, misuse of vehicles, or unexpected fuel consumption. ❖ Cooperate with drivers and operations teams to solve daily operational issues. ❖ Ensure all data is recorded clearly and accurately in the system or logbook. ❖ Perform other monitoring tasks assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements ❖ High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). ❖ Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, reporting). ❖ Ability to read and understand vehicle and fuel reports. ❖ High attention to detail and accuracy. ❖ Good communication skills. ❖ Experience in vehicle monitoring or logistics operations is a plus. ❖ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. ❖ Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
