Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel and serviced apartment building. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between departments, uphold high service standards, manage cost control, and improve guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily Operations Management Oversee and coordinate all front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services departments. Ensure daily operations run efficiently and align with company SOPs. Monitor room occupancy, reservations, and guest feedback. 2. Staff Management Supervise and support department heads and team leaders. Manage scheduling, training, and performance reviews. Conduct regular staff meetings and ensure clear communication across departments. 3. Guest Experience Handle VIP guests, complaints, and special requests professionally. Ensure a welcoming and smooth check-in/check-out process. Monitor online reviews and take corrective action when needed. 4. Facilities & Maintenance Oversight Coordinate regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and building systems (gym, pool, parking, etc.). Liaise with the maintenance team to ensure all facilities are safe, clean, and functional. 5. Financial & Administrative Control Monitor inventory and procurement for housekeeping, maintenance, and front office supplies. Work with the accounting department for accurate reporting and billing. 6. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and local laws. Conduct periodic audits and implement corrective actions where needed. 7. Reporting Submit weekly and monthly reports on operations, performance KPIs, and guest satisfaction to the owner or general manager. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or serviced apartment operations (supervisory or managerial level preferred). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Good command of English (spoken and written); Khmer is a plus. Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., eZee or similar), MS Office, and digital tools.
