Job Title : Parking Attendant Department : Property Management Report to : Property Manager/GM Overview of Parking Attendant Parking Attendant to help manage our car parking facilities. In this position, you will primarily serve as a cashier. You will collect money from people parking their cars/motorbikes and control who comes in and out. You may also answer questions from patrons about the property or surrounding area. When there are events in the area, you will have to deal with a large volume of vehicles, so the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Role and Responsibilities: Monitor the number of vehicles that enter and exit the lot Manage parking entrances, manual parking barrier or automated Issuing parking tickets, printed tickets or tickets from the machine Take payments from patrons, cash or via KHQR codes Responsible for cash float & change during shift Answer questions from patrons Count the money at the end of your shift Handover shift drop to accounting Handover shift drop to next shift after accounting office hour.
