๐ Join our growing international digital team from Cambodia! Weโre looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to drive user engagement and long-term loyalty. In this role, youโll test ideas, run campaigns, and see your impact on real user behavior every day. What Youโll Do Plan and execute campaigns across Email, Push, In-App messages, and SMS to keep users engaged Segment users by behavior, value, and engagement to target the right audience Build and implement content plans for retention and reactivation Run A/B tests, analyze results, and optimize campaigns based on data Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and SMM teams to deliver promotions Handle creative tasks like visual edits or template adjustments when needed Track campaign performance and prepare clear, actionable reports What Weโre Looking For Confident PC user, proficient in Google Sheets / Excel Basic understanding of retention metrics: Churn, LTV, Conversion Some copywriting and design skills Ability to demonstrate previous results with numbers/KPIs is a plus Structured, responsible, and eager to learn Self-motivated and proactive in testing ideas and improving processes Benefits ๐ Fully remote โ work from anywhere in Cambodia ๐ฐ Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses ๐ Training and mentorship opportunities to grow your skills
