Risk Management (Operational Risk)

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing, revising or updating policies and relevant guidelines and submit to the Manager for the review and approval. - Facilitate/work with business units in identifying, developing, or revising Key Risk Indicators (KRis), thresholds, ratings and proposing to the Manager for the review and approval. - Keep abreast and participate in reviewing of latest risk management techniques and Industry standards and practices for the development, amendment and updating. - Facilitate/work with business units in analyzing and validating the Identified risks, proposing the additional controls and measurement to mitigate the risk, and producing the reports and submitting to the Manager for the review and approval. - Follow-up and monitor the progress of actions taken responding to the result of Identified risk and submit the reports to the Manager for review and approval. - Regularly monitor and promptly report for any breach or any non -compliance which result in risk Implications and propose for further action taken to the Manager. - Prepare and submit regular reports to the Manager for the review and approval. Requirement: - University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications - Minimum 2 years of work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority) - Professional proficiency in Khmer and English other foreign languages is a plus. - Ability to create innovating solutions to challenges and opportunities - Excellent negotiation, persuasion, team working and partnership working skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong knowledge of Cambodian banking system and regulations - Excellent command of Khmer and English
