Key Responsibilities: Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities in logistics and trucking services. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and present logistics solutions, proposals, and quotations to clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients. Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery and fulfillment of services. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales is preferred. Strong understanding of international shipping, transportation, and customs processes. Good English and Speak Chinese are a plus Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Proficient in Email or other systems.
