Key Responsibilities Order processing: Receive and input customer orders via phone, email, or system, ensuring accuracy in product details, quantities, and pricing. Invoice and data management: Check data accuracy in orders and invoices, prepare billing documents, and maintain sales records. Client communication: Contact clients to confirm missing information, answer queries, and provide updates on order status. Sales support: Assist sales managers with reports, presentations, and pricing guidance; provide historical sales data for planning. Coordination with logistics: Liaise with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues. Reporting and analysis: Track sales performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and highlight trends for management. Administrative tasks: Maintain customer databases, update CRM systems Blue or SAP System.
