JOB TITLE: Senior Admin Officer REPORTS TO: Admin Manager LOCATION: Toul Kork, Phnom Penh SALARY RANGE: Negotiable DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - To manager and update with staff for leave and attendance record. - To do staff contract and completed all document support for new staff entrance. - Set fingerprints for new staff entrance for attendance. - To cooperation for maintenance’s building (Floors 15th-17th) with Facility Team. - To process claim of insurance for staff (NSSF & Forte). - To preparing transportation for support operation mission with all department. - To control and prepare vehicles Cars and Motors for repaired and gasoline. - To check GPS monitoring for traffic by daily. - To request some Items for support operation by daily. - To do HR Audit by quarterly with all branch - To do Audit markets and record electricity by monthly at site - Others task as assigned by Amin Manager. - Report Payroll by Weekly and Monthly. - Report Transportation by Daily and Monthly (Cars and Motors). - Report with corporation bill of Transportation by monthly. - Report Insurance by weekly and monthly. - Report HR Audit by Quarterly. -Others task as assigned by Admin Manager. Job Requirements - Bachelor of Business Administration, or other related fields. - Good at monitoring and organizing skills. - At least 3 years experienced to use HRMS - At least 3 years experiences in related fields. - Able to use Microsoft word & Excel and PowerPoint. - Be honest, hardworking and flexible. - Good command in English.
