• Pushing sale by understanding customer demand, tracking profile and analysing the importance message in order to find sale opportunity; • Giving feedback all customer’s questions and/or issues; • Building premium service to customers by taking care and strong relationship; • Reviewing own sale performance and committing to meet the targets; • Executing daily sale activities in order to meet KPI; • Training the company product knowledge to new staff when needed; • Ensuring sale showrooms are cleanliness and tidiness; • Doing competitors survey by tracking the change of market and competitors’ activity then report to Sale Manager; • Cooperating with related departments in order to achieve company’s goals; • Supporting marketing activity even though offline and digital; • Living promotion and playing game on official page; • Doing video reviewed of mock-up house and construction processes; • Preparing the prospect customer list and forecast then submitting to Sale Manager; • Preparing daily sale activity report to Sale Manager; • Others task assigned by Sale Manager.
