Specific Tasks: 1. Taxation: • Ensure full compliance with Cambodian tax laws (VAT, WHT, CIT, etc.). • Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns accurately and on time. • Prepare and reconcile monthly tax returns with e-filing of GDT system. • Prepare and reconcile for monthly closing for the whole business company system. • Liaise with the GDT for audits, queries, and updates. • Monitor changes in tax regulations and advise management on implications. • Support internal and external audits related to tax matters. • Maintain proper documentation for the whole BU company (GGN, STI, STC, GPM, ITM, etc.) and proper records for all tax related transactions. • Prepare and update tax payment schedules • Negotiate with tax authorities over tax payment issues • Research and correct process errors that caused incorrect tax filings • Coordinate outsourced tax preparation work • Coordinate audits by various taxation authorities 2. Master Data Management: • Create, update, and maintain master data in the systems. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across system of the company (items, BOMs, vendors, customers, price lists, fixed asset, etc.). • Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to validate and standardize data. • Implement data management policies and procedures in accordance with the company structure. • Conduct regular audits and cleansing of master data to ensure integrity. • Adjusting daily, weekly and monthly transaction reports, check and verify data from requesters • Other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
