LTD ត្រូវការជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិកផ្នែក Services Advisor and Customer service (ភ្នំពេញ ) *ផ្នែក Service Advisor- Customer service ប្រាក់ខែចាប់ពី 250$ ដល់ 350$ តាមបទពិសោធន៍ -មានធនារាប់រងពី ប.ស.ស និង ក្រុមហ៊ុនធនារាប់រងផ្សេងទៀត -មានថ្ងៃឈប់សំរាក តាមគោលការក្រសួងការងារ -មានឆន្ទះក្នុងការងារ និង រហ័សរហួន -ប្រើប្រាស់ភាសាអង់គ្លេសបានខ្លះៗ (និយាយ, សរសេរ) -ត្រូវមានបទពិសោធន៍ខាងរថយន្ត * Job Responsibility. -Reminder customer (New car) every one month after sales -Call follow up with customer every 3day after services & integrative car with customer -Reminder customer every 3 month after services -Reminder customer every 6 month after services, after 1 year services -Keep on tracking report (upselling, intake & revenue) -work closely with technical to make sure all document are compile SOP -Customer satisfaction . other take assign by HOW ទំនាក់ទំនងលេខ 0962592xxxClick To Call (Telegram)
