Phone Support and Product Listing Work for Night Shift USA time ( 12am to 8am Mon-Sat halt day)/(10pm to 6am Mon-sat halt day) (8pm to 4am Mon-sat haft day) Generally involves handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, resolving issues, providing information, and potentially upselling products or services. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining a professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities: Answering inbound and outbound calls: Respond to customer questions and concerns, providing accurate and timely information. Problem resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, complaints, and technical problems, escalating complex cases as needed. Product/service knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to answer customer inquiries and provide support. Record keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system. Sales support: Identify and address customer needs, potentially upselling or cross-selling products and services. Collaboration: Work with other departments and team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Training: Participate in ongoing training programs to improve skills and knowledge. Additional Responsibilities: Following communication scripts and procedures: Ensure consistent and professional communication with customers. Handling escalations: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or managers. Providing feedback: Share insights on customer trends, issues, and preferences with management. Meeting performance targets: Achieve specific targets related to call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction.
