Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and conduct vehicle walk-arounds to identify service needs. - Listen to customer concerns, accurately document issues, and create detailed repair orders. - Provide clear explanations of recommended services, maintenance, and repairs. - Prepare and present detailed estimates, including cost and time requirements. - Communicate effectively with the technical team to prioritize work and ensure quality. - Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle throughout the service process. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and empathy. - Manage a pipeline of appointments and follow up with customers post-service. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Service Advisor, or in a similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry. - Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair/maintenance terminology. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - A positive, team-oriented attitude and a professional appearance. - High school diploma or equivalent or post-secondary automotive training is a bonus.
