ACCOUNTANT (ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE) • Issue the invoices to the tenants and residents • Post all relevant accounting transactions into accounting system (QuickBooks) • Follow up customers for payment based on credit term offered • Ensure tight control on account receivable aging and other related internal control • Liaise with relevant business partners / stakeholders (internal department/team members, customers, etc.) • Assist in performing accounting month-end closing (booking prepayment, posting miscellaneous income, preparing bank reconciliation, etc) • Perform other relevant tasks assigned by manager/supervisor in charge
