1. Tax Compliance o Take charge of monthly tax preparation, filing, and payment to ensure compliance with local regulations and deadlines. o Monitor changes in tax laws and provide timely updates to management. 2. Accounts Payable Supervision o Supervise and guide the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate recording of supplier invoices and payments. o Review and approve payment vouchers and supplier reconciliations. o Ensure adherence to company policies and internal controls. 3. Accounts Receivable Supervision o Oversee the accounts receivable team to ensure accurate and timely billing, collection, and recording of customer payments. o Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts. o Prepare customer account reconciliations when necessary. 4. Accounting System (NAV) Review & Reconciliation o Review and reconcile transactions recorded in NAV to ensure accuracy and completeness. o Perform periodic reconciliations of key accounts (banks, suppliers, customers, and intercompany balances). o Ensure data integrity and proper posting within NAV. 5. Monthly Financial Reporting o Prepare financial reports and submit to management. o Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards. o Highlight key variances or issues to the Finance Manager. 6. Support to Finance Manager o Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Finance Manager. o Assist in audits, budgeting, and other finance-related projects as required.
