- Daily Finance Operation Supporting: - Check supported all necessary documents, processed and certified for invoice or receipt of merchandises or services in quality, quantity and prices - Check invoices or receipt for daily, weekly and monthly that collected from relevant department - Check invoices or receipt are completed supporting document PR, PO, quote, DO, MR, etc To ensure daily recording transactions properly and accurately - Fully understand and comply with company and finance P & P - To be responsible for all inter-company accounts - Supporting document has been filling for audit purpose - To be responsible for all financial supporting Fixed Assets - Ensure Fixed assets listing has been recording properly - Assets registration (Coding) - Manage Fixed Asset Movement - Handling Disposal Process - Prepare month-end journal - Conduct Physical Count - Prepare Financial Monthly Report: - Assist for prepare Monthly Financial Report P&L, BS, CF with Financial Note to comply with Cambodia IFRS - Assist for reconciled Financial Reports - Produce monthly Aging AP / AR report - Other Financial Supporting Operation: - Support for other management reports
