• Job Summary The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective internal controls. This role manages the accounting team and supports management with financial analysis and planning. • Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise daily accounting activity (AR, AP & Fixe assets) - Prepare monthly, Quarterly, and annual financial statement - Prepare monthly and annual tax declaration document - Manage stock controller for accurate reporting to top management - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulation, and company policies - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control - Coordinate external entries, reconciliation, and financial reports - Improve accounting processes and internal controls - Support management for financial analysis and discussion making - Train mentor, and evaluate accounting staff • Requirements & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role - Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation - Experience with accounting software and any systems needs - Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills - High attention to detail and strong integrity - Good communication skills in English (local language is a plus) • Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports - Compliance with tax and regulatory requirements - Audit results and issue resolution - Budget control and cost management - Team performance and development • What We Offer: - Competitive base salary - Professional growth and leadership opportunities. - Supportive and dynamic work environment. - AL18days/Year - NSSF insurance More Info Please contact 098345xxxClick To Call or Telegram.
