A Junior Accountant plays a vital role in the finance department, primarily focusing on maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and daily supports senior accounting staff. Responsibilities: ● Maintaining the General Ledger by recording daily financial transactions into Odoo system. ● Processing Payment Request every week and collect sale 3PD data to check with senior account and Marketing team. ● Assisting Senior Accountant to collect invoices and documents from stores. ● Counting stock every month end as advice from Management. ● Helping prepare documentation for external audits. ● Assisting with tax filings and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. ● Filing and organizing accounting documents (invoices, receipts, contracts). ● Liaising with vendors and clients regarding payment status or billing inquiries. Requirements & Qualifications: ● Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. ● Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. ● Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and advanced Excel. ● Strong understanding basic accounting principles and financial procedures. ● Fluent in English (spoken and written) ● High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ethical integrity.
