Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Make a booking both by manual and system with airline and dry port • Follow up both service by Air-Air and Land-Air import and export • Create support documents for airline and customer by AWB online or by manual • Provide flight detail to customers and follow up for arrangement cargo check in airport or warehouse dry port • Keep follow up cargo status by tracing website or check directly with airline and then update to customers • Issue documents such as MAWB, HAWB, Cargo Manifest, Sticker or any document from airline and dry port required • Issue document to crossing border both port BKK & SGN side • Issue invoice charge to customers and input all data in system • Checking freight by air, land-air, land-sea with all agency • Make a weekly report for all shipment • Make a monthly report statement Follow labor law Working day: Mon-Saturday (Half) 8am-12pm 1:30pm-5:30pm TK Central Toul Kork Seniority pay and Bonus Staff refreshment
