Job Description • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare import/export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, VAT Patent, Authorized Letter) according to Customs Office regulations. • Deadline Management: Ensure timely preparation and submission of all documentation to the Custom Office to avoid penalties or storage fees. • Shipment Tracking: Follow up with carriers, forwarding agents, and airlines to monitor shipment status and ensure on-time clearance and delivery. • Warehouse & Delivery: Manage the storage, handing, and transportation of goods to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely distribution to customer warehouses. • Client Relations: Maintain and expand current client relationships through excellent service and proactive communication. • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the operations team to ensure high productivity and accuracy in daily tasks. • Cost Optimization: Monitor and negotiate operational costs with vendors (trucking, shipping lines) to improve company profit margins. • Problem Solves: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex operational issues or disputes with customs and carriers. • Other Tasks: Perform other duties as required by management. Job Requirements • Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Management or related field. • At least 2-year experiences with logistics and freight forwarding company. • Must be well understood about import, export and clearance processing. • Very good both in spoken and written English (Chinese/Korean is a plus). • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Internet and Email. • Good communication, management, and customer handling skills. • Well organized and creative. • Immediate availability is an advantage.
