The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing all operational activities of the financial company to ensure efficiency, compliance, risk control, and excellent service delivery. This role ensures that business strategies are effectively executed through strong operational systems and leadership. For the job description are as follow: - Monitoring on account opening, credit in/out, deposit/withdrawal, trading, trading settlement, SERC report - Prepare the business team report for management (daily, weekly, & monthly) - Prepare the commission for business team to Finance (monthly) - Prepare closed trade & net margin-in to business leader (monthly) - Prepare the lots & net margin-in for sale team basic allowance (monthly) - Prepare KPI & KGI for sale team & master list (monthly) Compliance Officer for FIU: 1. Take part in developing AML/CFT/CPF 2. Train AML/CFT/CPF 3. Take part in implementing AML/CFT/CPF effectively 4. Regularly Monitor and evaluate AML/CFT/CPF 5. Monitor Business Operation 6. Examine risk of ML/TF/CPF 7. Submit report (STR/CTR) to FIU 8. Keep reports confidential 9. Work as a Contact point between FIU & PPL Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. - Master’s degree is an advantage. - Minimum 4 years of experience in financial operations. - At least 3 years in a senior management role. -Strong Leadership and management Skills. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. -Knowledge of financial operations, risk, and compliance -Strong communication skills. -Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities For interested candidate can apply your CV through: Telegram: Smart015397xxxClick To Call Email: ppl**********@gmail.comClick To Sent Email Deadline for apply: 27 February 2026
