JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Casino Event/Marketing Planning Manager Department: Facilities & Operations Reports To: Director of Operations Location: Wisney Casino Sihanoukville, Cambodia Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Casino Event/Marketing Planning Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and events that enhance customer engagement, drive revenue, and strengthen our brand presence. This position requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the casino and entertainment industry. Candidates of any nationality are welcome, provided they are fluent in Chinese. Key Responsibilities  Develop, plan, and execute casino marketing campaigns and events to attract and retain customers. * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design promotional strategies and activities. * Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize marketing initiatives. * Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for all marketing events and campaigns. * Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations. * Ensure all events comply with regulatory and company standards. * Lead and mentor a team of marketing and event staff, fostering creativity and performance. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in casino, hospitality, or event marketing. * Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) * Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities. * Creative thinker with the ability to execute innovative marketing strategies. * Knowledge of casino operations and gaming regulations is highly desirable. Work Conditions * Open to candidates of any nationality as long as they are fluent in Chinese. * May require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules. * Fast-paced, dynamic work environment in a high-profile casino setting. Salary: $3,000 (Negotiable, can be discussed during the interview)
