JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: CCTV Monitoring Executive Department: Facilities & Operations Reports To: Director of Operations Location: Wisney Casino Sihanoukville, Cambodia Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Position Summary We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Monitoring Executive to join our security operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing live security camera feeds, reporting suspicious activities, and supporting on-site security personnel to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The role requires strong communication skills in fluent Chinese to coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Monitor live CCTV footage and surveillance systems in real time to identify suspicious or unauthorized activities. * Immediately report incidents, breaches, or emergencies to the security team or management. * Maintain accurate and detailed logs of events, incidents, and daily activities. * Assist in reviewing recorded footage for investigations or audits when required. * Ensure all monitoring equipment is functioning correctly and promptly report any technical issues. * Support the implementation of security protocols and emergency response procedures. * Collaborate with security personnel, facility managers, and relevant departments to maintain a safe and secure environment. Qualifications * Any nationality is welcome (must be fluent in spoken and written Chinese). * Security or surveillance-related certifications are a plus. * Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or a related field is preferred. * Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused for extended periods. * Good communication and reporting skills. * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with surveillance systems. Work Conditions * Full-time position based in the control room or designated security office. * Shift-based schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required. * Indoor work environment with extended periods of sitting and screen monitoring. Salary: $2,000 ( it can be discussed during the interview)
