JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Casino VIP Host Department: Facilities & Operations Reports To: Director of Operations Location: Wisney Casino Sihanoukville, Cambodia Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Casino VIP Host to join our team. The VIP Host will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value players, ensuring they receive exceptional service, personalized experiences, and exclusive benefits. The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, and fluent in both English and Chinese, with a strong understanding of hospitality, sales, and customer relationship management in a gaming environment. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with VIP players through personalized service and proactive communication. * Greet and assist VIP guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and memorable casino experience. * Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, and resolve any issues quickly and professionally. * Proactively identify and recruit new VIP players through networking and referrals. * Prepare and present activity and performance reports to management. Qualifications * Proven experience in VIP services, hospitality, customer relationship management, or a related field (casino experience preferred). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. * Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) – both written and spoken. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Work Conditions * Full-time position based on shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. * Work environment includes casino floor, VIP lounges, and hosting events both on-and-off site. * Requires extended periods of standing and interaction with guests in a lively, high-energy atmosphere. Salary: $3,000 (Negotiable, can be discussed during the interview)
