Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Reporting • Maintain accurate accounting records for the condominium’s operating fund and sinking/reserve fund. • Prepare monthly and daily reports, including income & expenditure, cash & bank, and account receivable. • Ensure timely submission of reports to the Accounting Manager or Group Manager. 2. Billing & Collections • Prepare and issue monthly long stay invoices and other charges (PMF, utilities, parking, late fees, etc.). • Monitor daily collection of short stay and F&B revenue, track arrears, and follow up with tenant & co-owner for outstanding payments. • Reconcile resident accounts and prepare reports on delinquent accounts. 3. Bank Reconciliation & Cash Management • Perform monthly and weekly bank reconciliations for all condo accounts. • Track cash flow and ensure adequate funds for operations and scheduled payments. 4. Inventory & Stock • Coordinate with departments (F&B, Maintenance, Laundry, Housekeeping, Security, etc.) to forecast and fulfill inventory needs. • Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations. • Conduct Monthly inventory physical count Job Requirements Education • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience • 1–Up years of accounting experience. • Experience in condominium/property management is preferred. • Familiarity with property management accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Peachtree, or similar software). Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. • Good understanding of condo operations, maintenance fees, billing cycles, and reserve fund rules. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Personal Attributes • High integrity and professionalism. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong organization and time-management skills. • Customer-service oriented, with the ability to handle resident inquiries tactfully.
