Job Summary: ALPHA International Corporation Ltd. is a local company to run business consultancy in Cambodia more than 20 years already since 2004. We are seeking Senior Accountant to be responsible for managing and overseeing accounting work, and compliance activities. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills who can collaborate across departments to support the company’s accounting objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting work. • Oversee the general ledger and ensure accuracy of accounting l transactions. • Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes of accounting work. • Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and variance reports. • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax declaration. • Mentor and train junior accounting staff. • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management. • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management. Qualifications: - Cambodian Citizen, age between 30 - 45, Male or Female - Reasonable level of English Proficiency - Bachelor’s degree in in Accounting, Finance. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in in Accounting, Finance. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. - Reasonable level analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
