(Mon- Sat Morning) Seniority level: Experienced 5-6 years Job Location: Phnom Penh Closing Date: 28 Feb 2026 Key Responsibilities: • Inspect construction site conditions to ensure compliance with architectural drawings and building codes. • Review, interpret, and resolve discrepancies in construction documents, drawings, and specifications. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, material usage, and construction progress. • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained. • Prepare detailed site inspection reports and documentation. • Oversee daily site operations, including managing subcontractors and on-site staff. • Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, milestones, and budgets. • Enforce health and safety regulations, conducting safety inspections and briefings. • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor resources. • Identify potential risks and resolve on-site issues to prevent delays. Requirements: • Bachelor degree in engineer or architect • Experience in site supervision or construction management • Have experience of working around 5-6 years as an engineer and site management. • Have knowledge of construction material. • Good communication skill with ability to interact with engineer, clients and contractor. • Be able to speak and write English language. • Experience working within an engineer company. • Experience working with foreigner • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
