Duties & Responsibilities: • Install, setup, Configuration Computer and Window Server in Local Area Network • Basic to Manage/ maintain/monitor Hyper-V, ESXI Virtualization. • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. • Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues. • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies. • Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures. • Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor • Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation. • Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support. • Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements. • Meets financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. • Perform other duties/tasks/projects relevant as required or assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor of Computer Science/IT or related field. • Advance Knowledge of Firewall, Fortinet, Dell Server, Storage • 3 year experience of IT work such as installation Network, Computer Maintenance. • Knowledge Window Server 2012 R2 and Linux OS. • Understand Hyper-V, ESXI 6.0 Virtualization. • Understand DNS/DHCP/Domain Controller/ Wireless/Cabling. • Able to configure network and Maintenance network. • Applicants must be willing to work in a shifting schedule (morning, afternoon, night) including weekends. • Good at Hardware and Software repairing. • Good at communication, initiative, and problem solving skills. • Good at speaking and writing in Khmer and English. • Knowledge of TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, DNS Networking, Cisco Router and Switch.
