Job Summary: IT Support is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues - Install and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment - Troubleshoot system, internet, and email issues - Assist users with IT-related problems and provide basic training when needed - Maintain IT inventory and documentation - Ensure data security and follow IT policies and procedures - Coordinate with vendors or service providers for IT support and maintenance - Perform system updates, backups, and basic network monitoring - Carry out other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor Job Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field - Proven experience in IT Support or a similar role is preferred - Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking - Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common IT tools - Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
