Understand and explainable of Vision and Mission of Company 2. Understand and explainable all the products of company 3. Able to do Products presentation well to the customers 4. Able to run the daily operation smoothly 5. Refill stock 6. Pay close attention to the cleanliness of the playground 7. Update Cost and Price 8. Communicate with Customers to create Friendly enviroment 9. Check roster 10. Assign Cashier to Deposit Money in Bank and post Deposit slip 11. Regular check and change the books in Library 12. Request to add more toys in library every month (must be flexible) 13.All the Events and BD Booking must be done and update daily 14. Prepare Monthly Schedule for Playgroup and Hyatt in advance 15. Do other tasks assign by GM/COO/ CFO 16. Check Kid security 17. Maintence Activity Follow the SoP of each activities and make sure the Activities are done smoothly and well organize 1. FDL on the go 2. Outside Event (OE) 3. Count Stock out-in 4. Get small money from Cashier 5. Sensory Play (Sat) 6. Ballet 7. Summer/ Winter Camp and other Activities Event Process: 1. Do Check List ( ll needed materials and stuff and Count all the things- pack well before leaving ) 2. Submit the In-out form 3. Count Stock out-in 4. Get small money from Cashier 5. Test machine 1 day before Event Day 6. When come back need to count stock with Funsnack person HR 1. Meeting w/ GM 1 time/week 2. Regular train all staff and make sure that all the staff are ready to rotate from one workig station to another station. 3. Regular lead meeting to make sure the staff understand the jobs and works are done correctly 4. Solve the complain from Staff Revenue 1. Set sale Target of each month 2. Propose new activities/menu for Funsnack..... 3. Set Target for Sale person and help them to improve their sale ability MKT 1. Communicate with MKT and GM to assure the FB pages / IG / Tik Tok are active 2. Propose idea to improve content or activities to promote on FB page / IG / Tik Tok are active 3. Respond to instant message on FB/IG/Tik Tok 4. Every Tuesday train staff on Canva . Hyatt . Art&Craft . Announment . Resize + Download . Photobooth . EM ( AW ) *Requirements - Bachelor's in Business Administration, Hospitality, Early Childhood, or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, including playground or kids center + restaurant/café management - Strong leadership and team-building skills across departments - Experience with multi-unit operations, cost control, and customer service training - Excellent communication in Khmer and English - Proficient with POS systems, stock software, and Google Workspace - Willingness to travel regularly and work flexible hours (weekends/holidays) - Passion for children, family services, and food quality
