Requirements: • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the wholesale industry. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns effectively. • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and work in a fast-paced environment.
