1.Responsible for the full-process handling of key documents for exporting Cambodian bananas to China, including Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, and other core documents; ensuring authenticity, validity, and compliance with China–Cambodia bilateral trade regulations. 2.Liaise with the Cambodian Ministry of Agriculture (DAA), Ministry of Commerce, and other government authorities to establish stable communication channels and resolve approval or verification issues during the documentation process. issue Fito and CO documents. 3.Track documentation progress, report any abnormalities in a timely manner, and ensure documents are issued on schedule without affecting customs clearance and export timelines. 4.Organize and archive all documentation, maintain records, and ensure full traceability of the document workflow. 5.Assist communication with relevant trade parties in both Cambodia and China, synchronize documentation information, and ensure a smooth export process.
