We are a newly created company, specialized in importation and distribution of gourmet food, located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (main workplace) and we are looking for a talented Stock controller and Sale Officer to join our Team. Job Position Stock Controller Reporting Finance and Operations Manager Contract Full Time Location Phnom Penh Working Days Monday to Saturday, 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm. 18 days of Annual Leave NSSF Salary based on experience Job Purpose: The Stock Controller is responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring that all goods are received, stored, and issued in compliance with company standards and food safety regulations. The role also includes supervising product preparation, maintaining equipment, and ensuring efficient stock flow (First In First Out). Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory & Stock Management • Manage all incoming and outgoing stock in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and traceability. • Perform weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. • Develop and implement stock control procedures to maintain optimal inventory levels. • Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles are applied. • Prepare regular reports on stock movement, variance, and shrinkage. 2. Receiving & Storage • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries to ensure quantity and quality match purchase orders. • Organize proper storage conditions (cold room, dry goods, frozen products) to preserve product quality. • Monitor expiry dates, lot numbers, and storage temperatures. • Coordinate with the team for timely replenishment of stock. 3. Food Preparation & Equipment Handling • Slice, portion, and prepare food items as required for retail or wholesale orders. • Maintain and clean cutting, grinding, and slicing equipment regularly. • Monitor and sharpen cutting tools to ensure efficiency and product quality. • Uphold hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations. 4. Display & Customer Interaction • Create and maintain attractive and hygienic retail counter displays. • Provide positive and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and requests courteously. 5. Process Improvement & Team Supervision • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control and food handling. • Train and supervise stockroom or warehouse personnel on stock control practices. • Collaborate with the Finance and Sales teams to ensure data accuracy in ERP (Dynamics 365 Business Central). Skills & Competencies Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. • 1–3 years of relevant experience in the restaurant, food, or hospitality industry. • Good command of English, both spoken and written. • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities. • Solid understanding of stock management principles and best practices. • Proven experience in inventory or stock control roles. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • Highly organized and efficient, with strong time management skills. • Familiarity with inventory management systems and data analysis tools. • Awareness of product trends, purchasing cycles, and inventory optimization techniques. Job Position Sales Officer Reporting Sales Manager Contract Full Time Location Phnom Penh Working Days Monday to Saturday, 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm. 18 days of Annual Leave NSSF Salary based on experience Job Purpose: As the SalesOfficer of the company, the Employee is responsible to perform and supervise the following duties: - Develop strong product knowledge and understand target customers. - Conduct basic market and competitor research. - Serve customers professionally: greet, assist, recommend products, and answer inquiries. - Receive customer orders and pass them accurately to the team. - Promote products, sales offers, and company policies. - Support general sales and administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. - 1–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or administration. - Good understanding of sales practices and customer service. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and customer-focused. - Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Experience with premium food or fresh products is an advantage. - Good English communication (written & spoken). - Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
