Key Responsibilities • Constantly monitor and review incident/accident/emergency plan of Grab business operations & premises in Cambodia. • Responsible and vigilant to current and emerging risks that impact the safety and security of Grab business operations in Cambodia. • Responsible and / or managing crisis management, emergency planning, special event security, and business continuity initiatives in Cambodia. • Review & ensure the service performance & quality of security contractors. • Responsible & administer overall security operations, including security systems (Staff Pass/Access Card issuance, Door Access Control and CCTV). • Setup & conduct investigative work, document security processes and procedures. • Participate & assist in inter-departmental / internal investigations for any security procedures breach. • Spearheading & managing security projects through collaboration with Grab’s key stakeholders and internal customers. • Building & maintaining a good relationship with industry, security associations, and governmental contacts. • Be aware of the current legislation, changes and other major case law in relation to security operations. To pre-empt relevant legislative issues which affect the overall business operations of Grab from safety and security perspective. • Carry out the other duties that may be assigned by Grab’s Regional Country Corporate Security & OSH from time to time. • Ensure all security department’s personnel comply with all applicable Grab policies in carrying out the duties and obligations. • Country Pass office administrator BAU Scope of Work. • Other take to be assign by Management. Requirement • Bachelor/ Master degrees of Management or relate. • 3 – 5 Years work experience in security manager or related field. • Knowledge operation practices. • Proven experience as security manager or similar position. • Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Outstanding organization and leadership skills. • High patient and strong commitment. • Can speak English and writing. • Committed and reliable.
