JOB SUMMARY The Production Manager oversees the daily operations of the production line. This role ensures manufacturing processes run reliably, efficiently, and safely to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines. The Production Manager plays a key leadership role in driving continuous improvement, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining compliance with industry and safety standards. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet output targets and deadlines. • Manage the production team, including, and mechanical operators, to ensure efficient workflow and high productivity. • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed due to equipment malfunctions, delays, or material shortages. • Implement and oversee maintenance schedules for machinery to minimize downtime. • Ensure adherence to quality control standards and resolve production issues. • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. • Lead initiatives to reduce production costs, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. • Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed across the production floor. • Generate production reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights to senior management. • Participate in product development and engineering meetings to ensure manufacturability of new designs. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector. • 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, electrical components, and quality control principles. • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools. • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is highly desirable. Skills and Competencies: • Strong leadership and people management skills • Excellent organizational and planning abilities • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
